Emeril Lagasse

Emeril LagasseChef Emeril Lagasse is a chef, restaurateur and best-selling cookbook author. His newest cookbook Farm to Fork was released in June 2010.

Chef Emeril founded the Emeril Lagasse Foundation in 2002, and the annual Carnivale du Vin fundraiser was launched in 2005. Through the generosity of friends and supporters of the foundation, children’s educational programs in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast have been granted $3.6 million in funding.
