This highly acclaimed group of Krewe du Vin of chefs and vintners visit Carnivale du Vin from across the country. 2012 brings together friends preparing a most amazing and delectable five course dinner for the gala patrons. Past Krewe du Vin members include Wolfgang Puck, Thomas Keller, Eric Ripert and many more.
Carnivale du Vin is proud to honor Bob and Heather Cabral as the 2012 event honorees. Bob and Heather have been a part of Carnivale du Vin since 2008, always bringing Williams Selyem wine, and their generous spirit to share with gala guests. Williams Selyem, with Bob at the helm as Director of Winemaking and General Manager, was the Honorary Bacchus in 2010, celebrating Carnivale du Vin's 6th year. Bob has poured cases upon cases of fine Pinot Noir to benefit Emeril Lagasse Foundation and has given of his personal time for many great auction packages. Cheers to Bob and Heather!
