WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION FOR YOUR DISH?:
I wanted to play with flavors that I don't normally do.
BOURBON OR BEER?:
Depends on the day I’m having, but typically I go for bourbon.
FAVORITE MIDNIGHT SNACK?:
Doritos cool ranch.
Bob Marley or Gregory Isaac.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED FOR AT BOUDIN, BOURBON & BEER THIS YEAR?:
I am so honored to be invited again to cook for such a great cause and hang out with all my Chef friends.
