Kick off your wine tasting tour at the historic Vallejo-Casteñada Adobe, the private tasting location of Three Sticks in the heart of Sonoma’s Square. Walk a few steps to Sondra Bernstein’s The Girl and the Fig and dine on seasonal dishes. The following day, your chauffer will take you to the Russian River Valley, home of Gary Farrell Winery, for a guided tour accompanied by a lively discussion of the winemaking process from grape to glass. Later, head out to Healdsburg with Bob Cabral, Director of Winemaking for Three Sticks, and enjoy never-ending wine and fresh seafood at Willie’s Seafood + Raw Bar. Your journey culminates for a Three Sticks excursion with Bob as your guide through the volcanic soil of Durell Vineyard, home of the notable Origin Chardonnay. Finally with the help of Bob, you’ll create your very own signature barrel of 2017 vintage Pinot Noir.
