Join Chef Emeril Lagasse, winemaker/co-owner of Crocker & Starr Pam Starr, and the culinary students of New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) for a memorable night. As a team they will prepare and serve a multi-course, gourmet feast in the name of inspiration, mentorship and success. This rigorous pre-professional high school program has been supported since its inception by Emeril and Alden and the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. At this special evening on campus, NOCCA’s own culinary department chair Chef Dana Tuohy joins Chef Emeril, recent graduates and current culinary students to create a significant and endearing evening. Winemaker and co-owner Pam Starr guides us through her hand- selected wines paired with each course. Crocker & Starr handcrafts a small production of exquisite, world-class wines from its organic vineyard estate in St Helena.
