That evening, you’ll dine steps away from your accommodations at Chef Ken Frank’s Michelin Star restaurant, La Toque. Savor his infamous black truffle menu as well as possibly some produce picked from the organic farm at Glass Slipper. Take home armloads of heirloom crops (seasonally dependent)! Around the year 2020 get ready to “cash in” on your “futures”—a case of the inaugural wine blended with the first “fruit” from Glass Slipper Vineyard in Coombsville under the Paul Hobbs label.
