The Evenstads invite you on their Pacific Northwest discovery tour beginning in the heart of Portland with a stay at the luxurious Sentinel Hotel. That evening, you’re treated to the Domaine Serene Wine Lounge before a dinner at James Beard Award-winning Chef Vitaly Paley’s renowned Headwaters Restaurant. The following day, wake up to breakfast before being ushered into your personal helicopter for a scenic 45-minute helicopter ride. Delight in the incredible landscape as you fly over the six Domaine Serene Vineyard Estates. Upon landing, relish three evenings of majestic views on your private patio of the Winery Hill House overlooking the vineyard estate. Appreciate the caves as you take in the bounty of Oregon and Burgundy with an exclusive culinary journey. This four-course tasting exhibits Domaine Serene’s Oregon vineyard selections alongside wines from its French winery, Château de la Crée. The following morning, winemaker Michael Fay hosts your tour and barrel tasting. Conclude with an evening of French dining at nearby Bistro Maison. As part of your stay, you will have use of a BMW to traverse the Willamette Valley in style.
