Chef Emeril and Alden invite you to the third annual charity fishing tournament, Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Line, Vine & Dine. This exclusive weekend is headquartered at the iconic Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina, south Florida’s ultimate waterfront retreat. Begin on Thursday evening at the Champagne & Ceviche welcome reception with captivating 360-degree views of Fort Lauderdale. Friday, join the Dockside Weigh-In Celebration featuring cuisine by Chef Emeril Lagasse, wines from California’s finest vintners and topped off with a special musical performance. On Friday and Saturday, anglers go in search of prized sailfish; try your luck as team captain aboard your chartered fishing vessel with a team of surprise guests. Compete against 19 other teams, including Chef Emeril on his Viking Aldente! While the boats are away, land lovers will be entertained with activities including a guided shopping experience or sipping a margarita near the peaceful Pier Sixty-Six pool and spa. On Saturday evening, attend the Vine & Dine seafood cook-off with Emeril and visiting guest chefs while overlooking the Pier Sixty-Six Marina, where acclaimed winemakers will be pouring their best limited-release selections. The evening continues with a live auction and concludes with surprise live musical entertainment.
