Experience wine country curated by the Sonoma County Vintners Association. Begin with two nights in the Armor Plate Guest House at Hamel Family Wines, overlooking one of California’s oldest zinfandel vineyards. Tour the Hamel Family Ranch vineyard and cave, and taste cabernet sauvignon from the barrel. End in the vineyard with plates paired with estate reserve wines. Travel to the Russian River Valley to stay in the Milk Barn guest house at Bricoleur Vineyards. Have your morning coffee strolling through beautiful rose gardens and olive grove. Nearby, tour renowned Williams Selyem’s expansive property and taste their sought-after selection. Finish the evening with Dan Kosta and AldenAlli wines, a partnership between Dan and Alden Lagasse. The following day begin at Rockpile Vineyard, with Clay Mauritson of Mauritson Wines, for a tour, tasting and farm fresh lunch. Round out at the beautiful new Flowers tasting room on Westside Road followed by a private flight tasting at Lambert Bridge, set among the Redwood Forest hills. End at Mike and Valerie Thompson’s breathtaking property Thompson 31Fifty Wines on Westside Road for a private tour and tasting.
