Four wine lovers will stay three nights in luxury accommodations at the Salamander Resort Property, The Henderson, located a short drive from all the action.Thursday evening, you’re invited to dine at Chef Emeril’s newest venture, Emeril’s Coastal Italian, for an intimate fi ve course dinner among special guests and winemakers. Enjoy this night of spectacular food and Napa Valley wine around the table with Chef Emeril and Alden. Joined by Dean and Laurie Gray of Riverain Vineyards, enjoy their finest selections to pair with each course. Be our special guest at all Chi Chi Miguel Weekend events. What started as a BBQ rib competition among friends now celebrates its 13th year benefiting essential Gulf Coast charities. On Friday, play in the tournament at Burnt Pine Golf Course or attend the Sip-n-Shop luncheon with boutique wines. On Saturday, sample wines from Napa’s and Sonoma’s best winemakers alongside delicious dishes from exciting cooking teams including Emeril and weekend founders Valerie and Mike Thompson. The evening concludes with a lifestyle and wine auction featuring rare bottlings, one-of-a-kind travel experiences and luxury goods.
