Chef Emeril and Alden invite you to the fourth annual charity fishing tournament Line, Vine & Dine. This exclusive weekend is headquartered on the iconic A1A beachfront at the Ritz Carlton and Conrad Fort Lauderdale hotels. Begin on Thursday evening at Ritz Carlton’s Rooftop Terrace for the Welcome Celebration with captivating 360-degree views of Fort Lauderdale along with cuisine by Chef Emeril Lagasse and wines from California’s finest vintners. Friday join the Dockside Weigh-In and Yacht Hop where you’ll climb aboard impressive luxury vessels for more food and wine tastings in the heart of the Pier Sixty-Six Marina. On Friday and Saturday, go in search of prized sailfish as the captain of your team of six anglers aboard your private chartered fishing vessel. Compete against 19 other teams, including Chef Emeril on his Viking Aldente! While the boats are away, land lovers will be welcomed poolside with mimosas at an exclusive trunk show and guided shopping experience on the Conrad’s gorgeous poolside terrace. Saturday evening attend the Vine & Dine seafood cook-off with competing guest chefs, where a dozen acclaimed winemakers will be pouring their best limited-release selections. The evening continues with a live auction and concludes with surprise live musical entertainment. Don’t let this one be the one that got away!
