Learn from the best in a behind the scenes culinary experience in Chef Emeril’s Test Kitchen in downtown New Orleans. Housed on the first floor of Emeril’s Homebase, the test kitchen is where the culinary magic happens! You and a guest are invited to peruse the wall of cookbooks in the research library as you await your instruction team. Join longtime Director of Culinary Development David Slater for a lesson of a lifetime as he guides you through some of the signature recipes from Emeril’s flagship menu. Receive special assistance from Dana Gaude, Emeril’s house pasta maker as well as Jeremy Fogg, executive pastry chef and featured contestant on Food Network’s Best Baker in America. That evening, six more of your friends will be seated with you at the table in the test kitchen to enjoy your creations. Joining you will be two guest critics—Chef Emeril and Alden will dine with your group and taste all your day’s work.
