This highly acclaimed group of Krewe du Vin of chefs and vintners visit Carnivale du Vin from across the country. They'll be assisted by hospitality students and culinary interns from non-profits funded by Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Past Krewe du Vin members include Eric Ripert, Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck and many more.
