Carnivale du Vin Bourbon, Boudin and Beer

This highly acclaimed group of Krewe du Vin of chefs and vintners visit Carnivale du Vin from across the country. They'll be assisted by hospitality students and culinary interns from non-profits funded by Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Past Krewe du Vin members include Wolfgang Puck, Thomas Keller, Eric Ripert and many more. Emeril Lagasse and his culinary team work with our Krewe du Vin Vintners to prepare a four course wine paired dinner.
